Shipping & Returns
We can ship cigars and accessories to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Humidors Wholesaler will ship all humidors, cigar cutters, lighters, cigar cases and other cigar accessories in our catalog or website within 48 hours of receiving the payment (excluding weekends).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Humidors Wholesaler accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards, etc.
All shipments to Post Office Boxes, Military FPO addresses, U.S. Government Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through USPS Priority Mail under the standard shipping charges.
Severe weather conditions could affect UPS and USPS Freight operations in parts of the U.S.
We cannot take responsibility for carrier delays or weather conditions that may cause shipments to be delivered late.
International Shipping Charges – WORLD WIDE
We will ship to any country in the world through U.S.P.S. Global Priority, Express Mail or Parcel Post Mail. The Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. Other arrangements can be made through UPS, FEDEX or DHL but the full cost of the shipment must be prepaid by the Customer. If any taxes are due to the country or the products are prohibited where cigar accessories are shipped, it will be the full responsibility of the customer to pay those taxes/duty and Humidor Wholesale will not issue refunds or pay for return shipping of the shipment if the customer denies to pay the taxes and/or duty, or the products are not allowed to enter to the country. All required documents will be included with the shipment of cigars and cigar accessories.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ALL international orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed manually. Due to security reasons the order and payment must be verified prior to shipping. This process requires an additional 24 hours. All shipping charges must be prepaid with the order.
Responsibility for duties and taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibilities of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office or the carrier. A restocking fee (25%) will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer's refusal to pay duties or taxes.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3604 NW 7 Street Miami, Florida 33125.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it or don't like it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, Humidor Wholesale is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
