This is a good cutter, could be a great with a few improvements.
1. have blades completely overlap when fully closed. The one i have leaves a pin hole when closed. This leaves 1 strand of uncut tobacco which necessitates twisting the cigar to complete the cut.
2. make the track that the blades travel in just a bit narrower. The blades tend to spread apart making a rougher cut.
3. include a small brush for ease of cleaning. Something like the small brushes that come with electric razors.
even with these imperfections, i use this one 99% of the time and highly recommend it!
